The plan is designed to be challenging and effective but also FUN. It’s designed to see you achieve maximum results while giving you the freedom to plan your training around your schedule.
You’ll receive clear instructions and support when needed. There’s also a video demonstration for each exercise to make things as simple and easy to follow as possible.
Your plan changes each month. This gives you four weeks to train before switching up the routine. You’ll stay motivated and engaged as you gain strength and enjoy the results.
